The Advance Battery Captor® sweeper-scrubber is best in class when it comes to value, productivity and cleaning results. The modular Captor® platform consists of a high-performance sweeping system with dust control and high dump hopper, and a scrub deck that can be sized to match the facility. It can operate as a stand-alone sweeper, scrubber or as a highly productive combination sweeper-scrubber.
THE POWER OF BATTERY: The Battery Captor® provides the productivity of an engine machine without the noise, maintenance costs and fumes. Standard on the Battery Captor® is a battery roll-out system, allowing continuous cleaning.
PRODUCTIVITY: The Captor® 4800B has been designed with the largest in class 80 gallon tanks and 9.2 ft3 hopper. This result is more time cleaning and less time dumping and refilling. And, because the Captor® can sweep and scrub in a single pass, it does the work of two machines with one operator.
PERFORMANCE: The Captor® delivers superior cleaning results! The sweep system provides the largest available main broom for its size, for better sweeping and dust control. The dust control system stays active even while the hopper is raised for dumping. The variable scrubbing down pressure of up to 400 lb allows the Captor® to remove heavy build-up. The vacuum recovery system leaves floors clean, dry and ready for immediate use. With the Captor's side squeegees, the floor is left dry even on sharp turns.
MAINTENANCE: All common maintenance and inspection points are accessible without tools. In addition, the Captor® is BUILT TOUGH with rugged components to maximize up-time.
SAFE AND EASY TO USE: Operation is easy and comfortable with the Captor's "Comfort Zone". All cleaning systems are activated with a simple "One-Touch® keypad. The offset hopper design gives the operator a "Clear-View"" of the critical sweeping area and dumping action, without having to strain their back and neck. This allows the operator's head to remain safely inside the machine and out of danger.
